Tim M. McGinn, Chairman of the Board

Mr. McGinn founded the firm in 1980.

From 2003 to 2006, Mr. McGinn served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Alarm Services Group, Inc. ,"IASG." IASG is a publicly traded company providing security alarm services to 5,000 alarm dealers nationwide.

From 1995 to 2005 Mr. McGinn served on the board of Pointe Financial Corp., a publicly traded bank holding company headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. McGinn served as Vice Chairman of the holding company and Chairman of the Board of Pointe Bank.

Mr. McGinn has served as a Trustee of the New York Racing Association since 1995 and held the position of Vice Chairman from 1998 to 2003.

Mr. McGinn graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, New York, in 1971 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
